NP Brandi Doctor was very informative, caring, and personable! My daughter had questioned the meaning of cholesterol- and the breakdown she gave my 8 year old to understand was on point for her age! Definitely has my daughter being a little more mindful on the amount of chicken nuggets and fries she eats, lol. Such a delight every year we visit!
Attempting to transfer into this healthcare group, especially the Lutz and Apollo Beach locations, has been frustrating. They require a large stack of handwritten paperwork to be completed and dropped off in person, which feels very outdated for 2026. There is little flexibility or assistance from staff, particularly with obtaining authorizations or records from prior providers.
