I am writing this doctor's office four stars not because they did anything wrong this doctor's office is amazing I love the staff I love the doctor I love Mackenzie but it truly sucks that as a parent we could not decide whether our kids get unknown substances shoved into their body called vaccines. I do not recommend them at all. They do not respect appointments or patients. The worst service ever and the reception is horrible. I do not advise anyone to deal with them. They put me in a bad psychological state, unfortunately, because of my son’s illness and the speed of finding him a doctor. They made me go to the clinic twice, but to no avail or to get the child examined.
The women at the front desk is rude and sarcastic, she has even basically called me a liar when I told her I didn’t receive some papers they needed me to fill out for my child. Having to interact with her makes me dread my children’s appointments. If it wasn’t for how wonderful the nurses and Dr Mackenzie are we would switch locations.
