My child has been a patient for the last 2 years. We have always received top notch service, callbacks happen quickly. Listening and empathy are a big bonus. In less than a year we went from failure to thrive to a strong growing athlete.

Not a good practice or staff. My daughter had ongoing issues with "constipation" so our ped referred us here. We went in when she was 4 months old, the doctor didn't seemed concerned that my strictly breastfed daughter hadn't pooped for 22 days and said all looked normal and to re-visit the issue after she started solids in a couple months. Apparently if your child isn't screaming at the time of the appointment, then they don't quality for a potential dairy allergy. From there, we wasted our time with follow-up visits- I would complain of on-going issues and the doctor wou... read more

While Dr. Baima seems knowledgeable, my experience with my daughter’s diagnosis was disappointing. We had to wait over an hour, and several patients who arrived after us were seen first. When we were finally called in, Dr. Baima never made eye contact and showed no empathy while discussing my daughter’s condition. It felt very impersonal, and we left the appointment feeling uneasy. A more compassionate and organized approach would greatly improve the patient experience.
