We have had success with the Drs that help my son. HOWEVER, everything else sucks! They are now practicing under the name John Hopkins instead of partnering with All childrens. When you call this location you get the labyrinth of finding the right number to press for this location. Ive had a bill that i am trying to address and have worked my way up and around the corporate ladder to wait for a supervisor to call me back. Yes you can have a wait. Yes things can be a bit frustrating but to never give grace, that’s what we all lack! This office cares about their patients and my son is one of them! As long as insurance allows we will always be with Dr Karjoo and her team! Thank you to you all for the care you’ve provided over the last few years!
We’ve been seeing Dr .Chan for a few months now and he as absolutely awesome!! Very personal and takes his time explaining everything ! Staff and nurses have been nothing but nice every time we go .
