My son had the pleasure of being under Dr. Patel’s care for a couple of years, and he was absolutely wonderful. He consistently demonstrating kindness, compassion, and understanding. Unfortunately, Dr. Patel has since moved out of the area, and today we had our first appointment with Dr. Narwal. The difference in care between the two providers was striking. Dr. Samit Patel was incredibly personable and compassionate during our first appointment. He took the time to listen, explain details clearly, and ensure we understood everything. He also went above and beyond by ordering comprehensive lab work to get to the root of the issue. We truly appreciate his diligence and care in seeking answers. Highly recommend!
We were late to our appointment today, and the doctor kindly allowed us to be seen by the nurse practitioner. This was our second visit to the office. While the doctor was pleasant and professional, we encountered the same negative attitude from the dark-haired receptionist seated on the far left of the desk, just as we did on our first visit.
