My daughter is a patient here. She is not feeling well, I have been calling into the office for weeks. The phone rings and rings. No one answers and there is no option to leave a voicemail.
Extremely disappointing experience — I would not recommend this place. Although the front desk staff was polite and kind, they were unable to manage or explain the significant delay in my appointment. I arrived at 8:40 AM for a 9:00 AM appointment, yet I was not seen until 10:30 AM. When I followed up about the delay, I was repeatedly told that the doctor was very busy, with no further communication or updates. The experience with the ARNP was highly unprofessional. Genuinely cannot fathom the rudeness of this place. And the wait???? INSANE, appointment was at 9:20 wasn’t even seen until 10:10. Walk in and the older woman doctor with white hair, she doesn’t even greet or introduce herself and off right snippy and very impatient. Couldn’t even walk in the room and she is asking questions about our child as we are trying to STILL GET IN the room.
