Doctors were fine, but paying the bills NOT good at all. First, they do not have a website to pay the bills, which today is pretty much unheard of. Second, you can only send in a check, a money order, or call over the phone to pay via debit/HSA card. BUT, if you call over the phone (or even if you try to pay in person at the office) with your debit/HSA card they have decided to charge you an additional 3% fee for that!!! Would stay away from this place if you can, as they seem to be stuck in the past.
