I waited 40 minutes to talk to someone and I ask her to wait not even 3 minutes so I can call the doctor back in the room, and she hangs up. As I'm at the lab waiting for a referral to be sent over.

This office, Dr. Primo and her staff listened to every minute of concerns for my son who is a premie with reflux issues. She explained a plan for a medicine schedule in accordance with thickening formula. Dr Kouassi and her staff have been kind, caring and wonderful to work with during every interaction with our teenage daughter. Dr Kouassi takes the time to make sure everything is explained clearly and that all questions are answered during each visit - highly recommend!
I remember when Dr. Rossi came in the room and he was checking my tummy at every gastroenterology place. Dr. Rossi is the best.
