I had an appointment set for the past week and a half for the 25th. Today the 18th they call to inform me that the dr my son was going to see has a procedure scheduled for our time slot. They wanted us to wait until November 9th to reschedule. I understand pushing us back a day or two bc of a more emergent incident, but to push us back over two weeks not for any fault of ours is just ridiculous. Unfortunately that is just the norm for all services and companies now days. The pt nor the customer matters any more.
This is the main office for the other location. They really need to work on their customer service overall. Plus get a card reader so people card pay you without a rude phone call.
