This place is not horrible but my experience wasn’t the best. The person who came in the room to use the tool to measure my son’s eyes and dilate them never wore gloves which I didn’t like. Secondly she took measures and recorded them in his chart but never explained what they meant she said she wasn’t trained. I had to ask for the doctor to come back in to explain as they were about to allow me to leave without explanation. Dr. Nornan has been my daughter’s Ophthalmologist for several years. He is always kind and pleasant. We are satisfied with the care and knowledge he has brought into helping our daughter progress. Thank you, Dr. Norman.
I’ve being going here since my son was 3, he’s now 17 and they’re hands down the best! We say Dr Pascal and he has such amazing bedside manner.
