I come here because my baby needs to come for a specialist. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come before my appointment time and I still sit for an hour before we see the doctor. The office staff is dry and seem I’m irritating them when I walk through the door. You are providing Customer Service where is the smile, the enthusiasm of your job? Like they’re doing me a favor…They’re dryer than the Sahara Desert.
Pick any other pediatric eye doctor group everyone working here is incompetent and cant handle doing any actual work required of them
