I guess this place has changed, because when I went there yesterday the service was excellent. I barely waited at all and the staff was very willing to help me with my concerns. Dr. Morgan was helpful and thorough. Would give 5 stars.

Office staff will LIE, doctor is mediocre – I went there with my two boys for simple eye exams. I was very upfront about my vision insurance plan and that my regular health care did not cover vision. I was assured, in a rather offhand manner that my insurance was accepted. Dr. Morgan spent less than 15 minutes with each kid, and did not even note my one son's lazy eye. Rude Office Staff – Make sure you never leave messages for anyone at this Physicians office. They claim to never receive it. If you ever talk to Karen the office manager remember "She is in no mood to argue". Alison

Excellent Doctor, Great Care, Great with Kids – Dr. Chen is a fantastic doctor, and she's great with my preschooler. She performed a surgery to correct my son's strabismus when he was two, and we were impressed with her bedside manner (particularly with him) and her professionalism - and the fact that the practice didn't feel like a chop-shop .
