Our daughter has been seeing the doctor for several years now. She has managed her condition exceptionally well, provides continual psychoeducation and feedback and has been accessible via phone when we have had questions.
Don't ever come here, the doctor here has a very bad attitude, not friendly at all, he won't let you talk and is even unwilling to help you.Treat different people. His attitude is not necessary. He didn't even want to help, and he didn't want to apply for insurance. He asked you to leave at your own expense, didn't help, and stood in line for two hours. He didn't even ask you all the questions. I've never seen such a doctor. Don't come here.
Worst office and the doctor is rude. First appointment made us wait for an hour and second appointment made us paid in advance for the visit and after an hour and a half waiting we were told it would take at least another half an hour so we asked for a refund and left. This is so disrespectful
Dr. Huerta is consistently disrespectful of her patients time. We have shown up for her first appointment on numerous occasions to find that she has not even arrived and has made us wait without an explanation for over an hour. When she does see my child, she is very rude, impatient and outright hostile. I would not recommend her. I would strongly discourage anyone from seeing her.
My daughter had an appointment yesterday at the office. The staff was polite and attentive. My daughter's appointment was a little behind schedule but I was okay with that because when she had her appointment the doctor went over everything thoroughly and had to request lab work again from the primary. As for bedside manner it was good by me. Dr. Huerta was straight forward and to the point. For me personally I rather know what's wrong and what needs to be done.
