Inefficient Staff - "Appointment nightmare" - called up the Dr shah's office to book an appointment and they seem to ask me to check with recommended doctor to get the reports faxed to them, i tried reaching out to both the doctors office to follow up multiple times over a 10 day period.. after this whole drama unfloded , of me calling up the doctor and they faxing the documents to dr shah's office. they staff at dr shah'soffice finally revealed they cannot accomodate me until 3 months after . never seen such and inefficient... read more
Dr.Shah is an amazing doctor, and her staff are so helpful. I can't say enough good things about them. We have been with them for over 6 years, and can't imagine any other Pediatric Endocrinologist.
Dr. Shah explained and answered our questions. She also gave us materials to read.
Dr. Shah and her team have provided 5 star quality health care to my son. She takes her time and answers all of our questions. She has a unique ability to take complex medical issues and explain them in a way that is easy to understand. She gives us all the information we need to make informed decisions. Her advise and counsel as been outstanding and we could not be happier to have her as my son's doctor.
