If I could give this doctor and the office zero stars I would! They only care about money and once my daughter turned 18 that was it. I can't get a return call, email or text from this office. No one answers the phone, you can call, text, message the app, go online, but it is impossible to get in contact with anyone at this office! And it’s such a sham because Dr. Miladys Palau is an amazing doctor. She knows her stuff and she is a great physician. But her office staff is terrible!!!
Was told they don’t accept insurance at all which is really weird.
