Found that this facility did not have adequate staffing. The check in person had to come out and help get the patient into the wheelchair as there was no one else there to assist. When we left, patient was wheeled to the front door and left with no one there to assist us. We are in our mid seventies and we need assistance. We were treated rudely and the nurses showed no kindness. When the patient was in intense pain, she was told that should would have to move herself onto the bed. The actual medical care was fine. I came ate about 10:30PM and was transferred to a transition area at 6:00AM. There were no because electrical plugs in the room, no nurse call units or anything else that required a plug. The were about 7 other patients in the area and none of us were provided breakfast or lunch. I was transferred to the hospital at 2:00PM. Luckily, my daughter was able to bring me breakfast. The nurses said the area was forgotten about since the were remodeling the regular transition area.
