Absolutely LOVE this place! My son has been going to this clinic for years (autism level 3) and it is the highlight of his week! He’s been going for speech and occupational therapy and they are so good with him. Very consistent, always caring, and wonderful customer service too. Miss Stacy is my son’s favorite person ever!
If I could leave zero stars, I would. My son was seen at this location, and I can confidently say that this practice cares more about making money than the well-being of the child. From the start, they were completely unwilling to work with us on our $40 specialist co-pay per visit, making an already expensive process even harder. But what really pushed me over the edge was the endless runaround I had to go through just to get the Letter of Necessity needed for his treatment. We love coming here! Jordan is such a great physical therapist. She reassures me and keeps me in a positive mindset. We have been coming for a month and my son is already getting stronger. Jordan handles my son’s tantrums so calmly. She has built a trusting relationship with him. We live closer to the Southern Pines location, but the drive to Raeford is worth it so we can see Jordan. I can’t say enough good things about this place!! The physical therapists are fantastic. We’ve personally worked with Ms. Kylee and Ms. Jordan who were absolutely wonderful with our girls. Even the therapists we have not had the opportunity to work with know our girls names and have always been so kind. My girls have progressed so well in the short time we’ve been seen at the office.
