If I could leave zero stars, I would. My son was seen at the Raeford location, and I can confidently say that this practice cares more about making money than the well-being of the child. From the start, they were completely unwilling to work with us on our $40 specialist co-pay per visit, making an already expensive process even harder. The only good thing about this clinic is they hire amazing therapists that are passionate about helping children and their families. - The administration and CEO do NOT care about the health and well-being of their employees. The CEO says yes to everything and can't remember what all she said yes to, that she forgets when she has commitments to helping her employees with specific client cases. She is always late, yet gets upset at therapists if they use the restroom and are 2 minutes late to pulling a patient. - On job descr... read more
My son (4 years old) has been going here for speech and occupational therapy for over a year. They are WONDERFUL! I haven’t met a single person I didn’t enjoy speaking to and his therapists are AMAZING! So much improvement since he’s been there. Heather Beasley and Mahalia Adams are GOLD.
