This has literally been the worst experience I’ve had with any children’s department. I had an urgent appointment with Kelly Harris over a week ago only for them to prescribe medication that we have yet to get since they won’t send over the Prior Authorization request. Gainwell was kind enough to try to contact them for me (which is not something that they do) and still no response. SO extremely disappointed in Cincy Children's dermatology department. My daughter had a severe bacterial infection on her face due to mask wearing in Dec of 2020. After 5 appointments to her general practitioner we were FINALLY referred to childrens to get a diagnosis and a prescription. Now, July 2022, she once again has a rash that is rapidly spreading toward her eye, but since it has been over a year they refuse to see her. My daughter was made to feel very comfortable. We didn't wait long and the nurse practitioners explained everything in detail and addressed all my concerns. The lady that drew blood even did a great job.
Absolutely wonderful. We saw Laurie V. Stephan, APRN-CNP at the Mason Campus. She was amazing, caring, thoughtful, great doctor. Highly recommend!
I cannot get any follow up care or treatments scheduled for my daughter. I put off treatment at another facility because children’s was closer and I was told they would treat her. There is no communication from them.
