Rude receptionist experience. Never going there anymore.
BEWARE OF THIS PRACTICE. I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency in the billing. I was initially given an estimate of $146. During the visit, I was charged $239 instead. Afterward, I received yet another bill for an additional $350. I understand that estimates can sometimes change, but patients deserve clear communication about costs before and during treatment—not repeated surprise charges afterward. Edit to add that the patient care coordinator Denise called after seeing this review and provided a very professional response and apology for the situation. Everyone we interacted with at this office was very kind and friendly. However they seem to be overbooked because they couldn't schedule my daughter's appointment to get fillings for anything sooner than 2 months out. We went for the first time in July because my daughter was experiencing pain on the right side of her mouth. They did x-rays and found 3 cavities that nee... read more
