update: Please understand that this "dentist" never actually saw my child, and we never proceeded with the appointment. Our entire interaction was solely over the phone. THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE! AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THEIR ANSWER THEY THREATEN ME, AND INSULT ME.
