The dental hygienist and front desk clerk were rude. The dentist didn't do any work on my child's aching tooth. He was sitting with four female staff in the front office, all of them doing nothing. Their customer service is very poor. They don't care about your child or any pain they are in. Definitely would not recommend going here.
The dentists and orthodontist are always gentle, patient, and friendly. Awesome accomodating office staff. My children have never shed a tear and have only positive dental experiences to report.
I had made an appointment for June 2014 at 10 am. I went. They told me my insurance was not confirmed so they rescheduled. For august 2014. I got the confirmation call 24 hrs prior in which I asked if my insurance was confirmed. They said yes mvp correct? I show up in the office at 11 am the receptionist said were sorry there's a problem with your insurance.
