Every visit feels like seeing family! The staff are so kind and welcoming, and my kids actually love going to the dentist. They enjoy the toys and fun atmosphere — it never feels like a typical dental visit!
We were told more than once that this dentist was in-network with our insurance, and based on that information, we scheduled appointments for our children. Only 6 months later were we hit with a large, unexpected bill — over $600 — because the office never actually finalized their contract with our insurer. After arguing about it, they lowered it to over $400 — nothing says "we're sorry" like charging you a couple hundred less for their mistake. I brought my small children to this dental office specifically after confirming multiple times that they were in-networkwith our insurance. We asked before scheduling, again before the appointment, and trusted their repeated assurances. Six months later, we received a surprise bill for over $600, which they only "discounted" to over $400 because we complained multiple times.
