Horrible they dont allow parents to go in with their children! Very strange
We tried to set up an appointment and was told the doctor is very strict and won't allow parents to go back with the kids. I told them that is sketchy as hell and my kids will always be in my sight and told them never mind , that's crazy! I have never seen such a policy. In today's world there is no way in hell I would leave my kids alone with them. I do not recommend you take your kids here. Find somone other place that cares about how the patients feel and will make your family feel safe!
Wish I could give .5 stars just for the lobby being nice….we came into telling them my sons tooth chipped and causing extreme pain they took him back without us and SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR 3 MONTHS AWAY after constantly calling them they moved the appointment to one month away ….. so here we are my wife and I woke up to a phone call saying the appointment got pushed from 12 pm till 2:30 pm we told them he’s getting 2 teeth pulled and 3 fillings I have to work at 5 they say no problem no problem it’ll take 30 mins we arr... read more
Unfortunately, we waited over an hour after we had to reschedule due to no dentist available. So after waiting an hour both kids go back alone, my child is fearful and shouldn’t have to be alone at 7 years old. How sad. Then they come out and I never once spoke to a dentist or heard how things even went. I was there two hours and have no clue what even went on.
