My children and I love coming here! The staff is always friendly, efficient and patient!
They are super nice and patient with my children. I will always use them. They got my daughter over a fear So thankful for them.
Extremely long wait for a teeth cleaning on a 3 year old. We were one of the first appointments of the day and still waited over an hour in the room for the hygienist to clean my son’s teeth. Once the the dentist came, she was very dismissive and rushed sounding.
Our recent experience at Lufkin Kids Dentistry was unacceptable and deeply upsetting. The new dentist and staff were shockingly unprofessional and rough with our children, completely disregarding basic sensitivity and parental input. What upset us most was when the hygienist Tammy pulled a loose tooth without our consent, despite us clearly saying we did not want it removed.
