We saw Dr. Jim Bowden today with all three of our kids, and I can’t say enough good things! From the very first phone call to walking out the door, the customer service was absolute perfection. Even though we were brand-new patients, we were welcomed like family. The office is super clean, professional, and surprisingly fun with the kid-friendly aesthetic (arcade games included!) immediately put my kids at ease. Dr. Bowden and his staff always go above and beyond. They are so responsive to any concerns we have and are always attentive to my kids needs and my questions as their mom. We are always seen promptly and they are able to see us immediately for urgent concerns. I appreciate their warm smiles and customer service!
Staff is amazing! Friendly and always helpful. We love the effectiveness of the scheduled appointments. They are always on time and the waiting period is always minimal. I highly recommend them.
