Traumatizing experience for my child. Bully Dentist Alert! My 4-year-old son was treated here with Silver Diamine Fluoride, which turned his teeth permanently black — despite the dentist claiming it would fade. When I asked questions and sought a second opinion, the dentist pressured me and retaliated by reporting me to CPS — simply for not agreeing to an invasive procedure right away. We absolutely love our dentist and all the hygienist here! They cater to the kids. They are very thorough and friendly. The kids love the tvs and games while waiting, and picking a prize when they are done. I 10/10 recommend them for your children!!
I've brought my daughter to this dentist since she was very young and always felt extremely uncomfortable with Irma Echandy, but I couldn't say why. Nothing happened until our last visit, which came on the heels of us telling her "No" to crowns for our 6 year old daughter - a very expensive procedure that could leave her with severe problems as her face and jaw are still growing, something that Irma could profit from. What a great practice! I’ve been coming to Dr Echandy since my children were pretty young. They are now 17 and 14 and my youngest continues seeing Dr Echandy. She is very professional and asserted in her diagnosis, findings and treatments. Dr. Echandy and the rest of the staffs are very approachable and answered questions as needed. Appointments are easy to schedule and I love their electronic reminder system. Most staffs are bilingual and I love their sensitivity when explaining to parents with difficulty understanding. The so-called Doctor is Very unprofessional and racist. poor personal higen, Very loud, poor bedside manner, not clean clean , used dirty tools , gave children unpacked and used brushes, even advised to use insurance money as much as we can ... The license needs to revoked.
