It’s mostly always a great experience, I’ve been taking my kids here for years. However, there is one issue that I have had the last few times that really bothers me, and it started once the new location opened. There is one lady at the front desk that is very standoffish. She never greets me properly and her first words are always “checking in?”. The office and staff are amazing and to have someone at the front desk not greet people properly just doesn’t fit in.
The whole team is so knowledgeable and caring! They’re all fantastic with my kids.
We referred to Dr. Solomon by our family dentist and we were extremely impressed with the facility, the staff, Dr. Solomon and the anesthesiologist partner, Dr. Hargrove. We have decided to move primary care for our daughter’s dental needs to this office because absolutely everything was designed with kids in mind.
Dr Josh and his team are the best!!! Both of my kids actually enjoy going to the dentist! They are kind and patient. Not enough amazing things I can say about the team here!!
