Extremely concerning and disappointing experience with this pediatric dental clinic. We brought our 3-year-old daughter in for what were described as two minor dental issues. We were then told she “needed” 8 teeth treated under general anesthesia. This number later changed to 10 before the procedure, and after our child was already under anesthesia, we were informed it had increased again to 12 teeth. They are extremely unprofessional and dishonest. They play with appointment dates and bring in unnecessary “mediators” instead of handling things properly. I even asked them directly: why give me a fake appointment? When I showed up, they told me there was no appointment at all. It got worse — after I confronted them, they contacted my insurance company and falsely claimed that I didn’t want coverage. Because of that, my children’s insurance was cancelled without my consent.
