Use to love this place. Every time I took my youngest the Dr always told us it was just allergies. We would go to urgent care to get second opinion to find out he has flu one time then pneumonia and bronchitis another time.

I got a call from the office saying I’d missed “several appointments” for my baby, which caught me off guard. I only had one newborn appointment that I rescheduled for the next day, and one two-month appointment that I forgot to reschedule. The way the staff member spoke to me just rubbed me the wrong way. I’m only two months postpartum and doing my best to keep up with everything, so it would’ve been nice to be met with a little more understanding.
