Can't keep track of appointments. I took my daughter in today for her 4 month appointment, which was set in October at her two month appointment. We were told when we got there that we weren't logged for an appointment, and asked if we had our appointment card. Never in my life have I needed or known of anyone needing an appointment card to verify an appointment.
