My child was seen here for syncope issues. At our first appoint we felt heard, but after test results were normal yet after two months we were still having syncope issues. Our concerns were overlooked and our calls/messages were not returned. I continued to reach out and the reply was your child's issues are not related to the heart, sorry. Very frustrating when your child is in need but no one was willing to help us.
These people just want your money when it's convenient for them. When we moved out of area, we were told by people in the office there would be assistance with transferring care to a local doctor in our new area. However, this was a lie. When time came for an appointment to be arranged in the new area, these people were zero help. We were basically told to google the new area cardiology clinic and make an appointment for ourselves.
