Stay away! They were unprepared with my insurance and ended up paying $500 out of pocket or they refused to see her. 2months later they still have failed to bill my insurance company. I sort of regret walking away and keeping the $500 for the audiologist to tell me to come back in 2 months and retest as it appears her esr tube may be sitting on ear drum causing her to.fail hearing test. Awful awful awful!
This facility is considered a hospital, so you can expect to pay about EIGHT TIMES what you would at an ENT or private audiology clinic. I think it’s criminal that families are not made aware of the cost beforehand.
