Not sure why the bad reviews on here. Sounds like there are some ungrateful impatient parents that don’t realise the privilege of first world healthcare! Always had a great experience going here with our daughter. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. And Dr Billingmeier is an exceptional physician. Always kind and patient and gives us the time to ask questions. 5 stars all round for this practice.
We have been coming here for 9 years all three of my kids have dr B but we have seen all doctors and nurse practitioners in office. All staff are all around amazing!! Very caring and helpful won't take my kids anywhere else thank you pediatric associates!!!
We’ve had a good experience with this practice so far! My toddler has been seeing Dr. Cahill for 2 years now, and he loves her bedside manner! Our littlest has seen Dr. “B” Billigmeier, and we are again pleased! He was great with my baby, and didn’t rush through our appt. at all. You can tell both love Pediatrics.
My son has been here 3 times and will never go here again. The wait times are very very long and the staff is kind of rude. I tried to make an appointment for my son, left a message and never heard back after 3 DAYS! I am sorry but when my son is sick and needs to get in I expect a call no later than a day. Also, their message box is full a lot of the times, and they hardly answer so that is really your only way of contact, but not if the box is full.
