This is the only office where we've experienced such personal care. Dr. Jen is absolutely amazing and she is our preferred doctor for both our children. When she is not available, we are sure to see another doctor, PA, or nurse right away and are completely confident in all their abilities. I receive timely service, follow-ups, and personal calls from the doctor not the office staff. It's no wonder there is a waiting list for new patients!
I took my Granddaughter to see Dr.Jennifer Kalisvaart on Nov 4th. I was so impressed with her assistant Ashley, she treated me with respect, talked to my granddaughter to try and determine what was going on. When Dr.Kalisvaart came in she was professional, she answered all my questions and talked with my granddaughter who was being seen.
