The doctors are great. My children have been with this practice since birth, but unfortunately, the admin staff is horrible. Dawn is rude and not helpful at all. They only accept cash or check. They are very old fashioned and not up to date with new technology or system at all. Billing is always an issue and getting school forms completed is a nightmare. Sadly, I will be changing pediatricians due to the front office staff and not due to the doctors.
Agree with previous review. Dr Rabinowitz is fabulous. Office staff are unprofessional. Anything other than a hello/goodbye/greeting is a headache with this office staff. Making an appointment to billing tuned out to be an all time consuming fiasco. On top of it, office staff is rude and lacking in basic customer care. We are switching pediatricians only because we are tired of dealing with excuses after excuses from office staff. We hope the doctors read these reviews and have a talk with their office staff. Love the doctors there. Very thorough checkups. Answered all questions you have tirelessly. I have been taking my son there for almost 10 years. Never have problem.
Doctors were great. Front desk service was SUB-PAR. Anything outside of an appointment or greeting at the front desk will be met with...NOTHING. Literally over 2 months and a simple authorization through my insurance for my son’s hypoallergenic formula has yet to be completed. The only thing they succeeded at was BALD FACE LYING to myself and my wife at least a DOZEN times.
