Dr. lister and the office staff gets 5-stars! My daughters have been patients since birth and no problems. The patient portal deserves NEGATIVE STARS, though. 0/10. Bring back the old portal, please!
Doctor Ray Acevedo is one of the best doctors we have had. He is patient, listens to the patient/parents, and follows through on everything. It can be 7:30 at night and he has called us personally with updates for results on tests ran. He is very involved with his patients, truly cares and we hope that he never moves. I can't say enough good things about him.
Took my son there and the doctor took her time and thoroughly explained everything to me about my sons diagnosis.The ladies at the front desk were super kind (Linda and Mila I think) I’m very happy with this location and will definitely be going back !!!
I’ve had a frustrating experience with Pediatric Associates of Lauderdale Lakes and our pediatrician Dr. Dana Lister. I often feel like I have to advocate for basic things that should be proactively addressed during visits. For example, I had to ask for a referral for my son’s torticollis rather than it being suggested. I also had to ask for him to receive the flu shot, and no one informed me that babies need a follow-up flu booster one month later.
