Kellyton triage nurse could be so much more welcoming or just seem like she wants to actually be a pediatric triage nurse, and interact with the babies/children, because it helps in general...she made me feel rushed and like she would very much rather be somewhere else. Usually easy to get an appointment, though with covid their schedule is very fixed.
