Had to come back twice for a paid school form as the first time it was done incorrectly. Everyone tells you something different when you ask the same question. Labs done, no follow up. Impossible to get through. Closed randomly. They are nice and all, but we are looking elsewhere.
Not good service, After 3 week of physical exam and lab work they never called. Also they charged for school physical form but never called if ready. I follow-up 4 times then found it was ready.
No stars. We HAD to change to this office because of insurance. We’ve been 2x and both were awful, the second a nightmare. The appointment was specifically to fill my child’s antidepressant. The nurse who answered the phone fit us in specifically for the refill because she knew it’s important not to lapse and they knew this office was not the original prescriber which is why we needed an appointment and couldn’t just call it in. The Port Jeff office is the worst place when my son and I went, kept telling me I was his sister (mom) if I didn’t pay a copay they’d tell me no I have to pay to be seen! Talked about me when I was standing at the desk
