Always available; Always pleasant Pediatric Associates Royal Palm Beach location is wonderful! They have a very large waiting area where they separate the sick children from those there for wellness visits, and it's clean! They do have tvs in the waiting room- and although I generally like to keep the kids away from the television, it does distract from the fact that you are waiting to see the doctor. Terrible Service & No expertise I recently had my 2year old sick & after seeing both Dr. Santiago & another Dr. on a second visit I was fed up. Not only did I have to take my child to the ER but they diagnosed him with Acute Bronchitis & Upper Respiratory Infection. He had to be put on antibiotics & now thank God is doing well. My concern of this Pediatrics location is the lack of attention & knowledge of Dr's. The scheduling is always overbooked (although when you call they can always fit you in) which means long 1 hour - 2... read more
love this place. I've been going to pediatric associates since i was like 11, for annual check UPS and health problems. All the doctors are nice and the place is beautifully decorated, now that I'm turning 18 it sucks that i won't be going there anymore :/
Garcia Michael P Md - Pediatric Associates I have found that all the doctors at Pediatric associates are just as good as the others. I first used Dr Ross then switched to Dr Garcia. I kept complaining about my son's breathing habits to both doctors at appointments. The never would give a straight answer or would evade the question. I ended up taking my son to my PCP and discovered that his adnoids where so inlarged he had no airway from his nose to his throat, thus causing his sleep apnea.
Pediatric Associates is I AGREE, QUITE BUSY The wait can be excruciatingly long (children older than 1 yr old). I have a five year old and for the past few years, the wait time has been an avg 1 hour past the actual appointment time. The doctors are all great (in case you opt to see first available) and you can always get the paperwork you need in a timely manner. Highly Recommend I have taken my son to this pediatrian since he was born. I particularly like Dr. Pacetti (My son calls him Dr. Spaghetti). Usually, I only have to wait 15 min. or less, which is always a good thing when you have a sick child.
Busy Place. I followed my doctor there - Dr. Garter, he is great. The office is large, neat, and kid friendly. They play movies in the waiting room. However, unless you have an infant (who is put in a room immediately), you have to wait a pretty long time. It seems a little much, but the staff (once you get in the back) are nice.

Absolute WONDERFUL staff! I would recommend anyone in town to this entire team of doctors, nurses, and the entire staff! They are a wonderful team, and work hand in hand with each other to ensure the best quality care for my children. All of the doctors and Nurse Practitioner are all top notch! I trust any of them with my childrens lives. Of course I have a favorite, but if he's not available, I put my childrens lives in any of their capable hands. EXCELLENT!!!
