I have been so impressed with this practice over the last nearly 4 years- from the office staff to the nurses and of course the doctors. They care so deeply; today they called me twice to check on my daughter after her flu diagnosis. They feel like family.
During the physical, the doctor agreed to write off the $50 charge if the insurance does not pay for that. But the billing department staff does not know. Please suggest how to contact the doctor directly. The billing department staff is not helping at all.
Love this office. great drs. great staff. the manger is so nice and and cheer full. very active in the office. you get to know each staff member personal as if they are your family catching up.
