Longtime patient here! Brought my kids to Dr.Taylor in 2010 and have referred many other families to Pediatric and Adolescent Care. I have always been very happy until the last year or so. I had a wonderful relationship with the previous office manager, Lillian. She was very attentive and caring to any comments, concerns, or billing questions. I have been bringing my children to this office for the last 25 years. My I love coming in to the office with a welcoming smile. Ani is the most friendliest and has the most welcoming smile when we come in. My youngest son always looks for her when he comes in. When he sees Ani it helps him a little more when he has to see the doctors. He always makes sure he says " Goodbye My BFF" when we leave. Thank you Ani so much for being such an amazing person.

I’ve been with this practice for many years, even back when Dr. Taylor was here, and I was his patient. I’ve continued bringing all my kids here, from high school to baby, because I’ve trusted the doctors. Lately though, I’ve noticed big changes. Many of the staff and doctors I knew and trusted have left, and the environment feels very different. The front desk staff are still wonderful, but I feel professionalism in the office has slipped.
