Dr Shih is the best pediatrician in the state I’m CONVINCED. We moved an hour away and I still make the trip to see him. We tried a peds here and I was just not happy, when you have Dr Shih to compare to it’s really hard! All the staff and nurses are angels too. And to make it better Dr Shih used to be my husbands doctor when he was a kid!
Since the office merged, the experience has gone downhill completely. The transition has been awful — the staff clearly isn’t properly trained on the new system or processes. They no longer take payments at the front desk and force you to pay through a link that often doesn’t work. Because of their own system issues, they refused to schedule an appointment for my child until payment was made. It’s frustrating and unacceptable, especially when it affects timely care for kids. Dr. Shih was very friendly and very helpful.
I’ve been taking my daughters here since birth. They are always very responsive and help when assisting over the phone. Specially Dr Shih has overseen the care of my girls from day one and I could not be more comfortable. He’s always gone the extra mile for everything,
Dr Shih is by far the best pediatrician out there! We have used him since my boys were infants and then moved an hour away so I had to switch pediatricians. No one compares to him. When we moved back up to Manalapan that was the first switch I made. I have 3 boys and they are well taken care of with that office!!
