I am writing to share my deep appreciation for Dr. Peska. As a mother, grandmother, foster parent, and adoptive parent of six children, I have had the pleasure of having her as our pediatrician for over 12 years. Dr Shih is the best pediatrician in the state I’m CONVINCED. We moved an hour away and I still make the trip to see him. We tried a peds here and I was just not happy, when you have Dr Shih to compare to it’s really hard! All the staff and nurses are angels too. And to make it better Dr Shih used to be my husbands doctor when he was a kid!

Since the office merged, the experience has gone downhill completely. The transition has been awful — the staff clearly isn’t properly trained on the new system or processes. They no longer take payments at the front desk and force you to pay through a link that often doesn’t work. Because of their own system issues, they refused to schedule an appointment for my child until payment was made. It’s frustrating and unacceptable, especially when it affects timely care for kids. I’ve been taking my daughters here since birth. They are always very responsive and help when assisting over the phone. Specially Dr Shih has overseen the care of my girls from day one and I could not be more comfortable. He’s always gone the extra mile for everything,
