My family and myself have been coming here for years. Recommend the treatment to anyone and everyone that has allergies. The team is friendly, and always greets me with a smile.
Getting an appointment scheduled is more difficult than dealing with my allergies. Then when they finally get back to you they have a horrible attitude when you tell them you are looking for a new specialist. Do not go here.
Very through when it comes to testing. We’re very helpful when needing to temporarily relocate for college and then back for the summer. Staff is very nice and friendly!
This review / complaint is mainly for the phone-side of things. I am a patient (paying good money) and I have had repeated difficulty getting through to someone on the phone (nurse). I have left voicemails, called back later, etc. and unless I talk to scheduling to talk to the nurse, it is unlikely I would talk with the nurse. I understand everyone is busy; however, I expect a return call in a reasonable time frame.
