Management for this place is awful!! We had billing questions. We felt we were getting double billed, but they refused to provide us a copy of the monthly statements they mailed to us. Yes, I failed to keep them, but after 6 years of never having an issue, its been major issues with the billing department. Jessica, the director of operations, yelled at me on the phone when I asked again for the statements. She said she can't provide them. My grandchildren have been seeing LeAnne Brown for years and she has been an amazing therapist. They love her and love going to see her. Their speech has improved dramatically, and they are now getting ready to go to kindergarten. They are speaking more clearly every day and that's because they have an amazing therapist that is so patient with them. PAT works with you and your schedules to find times that fit.
