Waited 30 minutes over appointment time even though we were early. As a patient per their policy if I were 30 minutes late my appointment would be canceled and I would be billed $75. So just to summarize they have the theory that there time is more important than the patients who are paying to keep there lights on. Not only that but the doctor failed to provide me with the recommendations for my child to receive help instead we had to delay help for an additional 3 months! Literally the only reason we came and they “forgot.”
