I initially believed this organization would significantly reduce my workload; however, that was far from the case. In reality, their involvement only exacerbated the situation. I had no major concerns with the home health nurses, aside from one individual. My primary concerns lie with the Director and Supervisor. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility for any type of care, let alone for the well-being of a child.
