I went last night first off they told me they close at 9pm when they close at 10pm, took my son in for fever and a sore throat, whoever the provider is went into the room didn’t even introduce himself, looks at my sons throat and says, “it’s just viral there are no indications of bacterial infection” I asked “is his throat red?” He replies “yes, but that’s still not an indicator of bacterial” I said you guys don’t test here? Horrible place. I took my son due to fever of 102.5. I had brought it down with fever reducing measures before going. The doctor was at the nurse station watching gis dvd player. He came in started joking with my son and when i would speak didnt acknowledge me. Said my son is congested and just has allergies. I asked then why fever so high. He didnt answer. We left my son started with fever again and i checked his throat he had white spots all over and tonsils were touching all red and swollen. By this time no other night cl... read more
We encountered bad service. the clerk and nurse were very rude. Comments were made by saying for the lights to be turned off so no other costumers would show. The doctor didn't talk directly to my daughter being the mom but only to my granddaughter who is 7 years old. My daughter walked out of the office not even knowing my granddaughters diagnosis. The clinic has a sign that they are open until 10pm. We arrived at 8pm and the staff were upset because we has shown up. The clerk locked the door as soon as we walked in.

I took my daughter last night to the clinic and the doctor was with her at most 2 minutes. He said she had strep even though he did not test her for strep or the flu. Gave me a prescription for penicillin and sent us on our way. This morning my 4 year old woke up with a 101.5 fever. To make a long story short, took her to another urgent care where she tested NEGATIVE for strep and POSITIVE for flu. Never placing my daughter's life in their care again!
Love it.... went yesterday because my 4yr old started with a sore throat and ended the temperature! The doc made it extremely easy and my daughter loved being around him(note she hates docs because she thinks they all just give shots) in and out and the pharmacy is excellent too... staff all mega friendly. Don't mind driving all the way from central
