My family flew into Miami with our medically complex toddler, when a piece of his medical equipment stopped working at 1AM! Frantically calling every single DME company in range, PEDISTAT is the ONLY company that called me back. They loaned us the equipment and were so understanding and supportive! If we didn’t have this equipment, my child would have ended up in a hospital out of town until we could get him home. PEDISTAT saved our vacation 💜 forever grateful!
I have been with other medical supply companies DME’s and none compares to Pedistat. My son is oxygen dependent and g tube feed and when I tell you all of his supplies always come on time. They go above and beyond to assist my son’s medical needs. And they are all so nice especially Johanny and delivery man James. Thank you all so much
Horrible service ! They said they couldn’t change my sons diaper size because I needed a prescription from his doctor about the sizing, (they’ve changed sizes in the past without a prescription) so they sent me the smaller size, when I called last week they said I didn’t needed a prescription that they could have changed it since I called so they left a note about it. They’re super disorganized, they’re not coordinated at all. I changed from this company to get a grip, they’re a lot better and have better supplies.
