Had my nails refilled here and they did an amazing job. I love a matte finish but forgot to mention it, but Jenny noticed it when she took off my old colour and knew to ask. My nails look wonderful! Henry and Jenny did a great job
Would not recommend. They did the nails okay, the other woman got leg messages and hot rocks I did not. I ask for a nail they showed me a replika and asked me to pick them painted them nothing like the replika and added a "cat" eye for extra. Then proceeded to do the nail paint first, then manicure after I asked them to do it the right way. They tried to skip the main point of the manicure, cleaning of the cuticles and around the nail. OMG I'm so upset! I had written such a lovely review for Pedi N Nail Newcastle in the past, but I absolutely need to change my opinion. Let’s start with cleanliness: the salon is not clean. The chandelier is covered in spider webs and dust and I noticed dirty towels being used to set up for the next customer at the pedi stations while I was there the last time.
