I had a terrible experience at this salon. My nails started coming off just a little over a week after getting them done, which should never happen because biogel last very long. When I went back to raise my concern, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of offering a feasible solution, they made me feel uncomfortable, and I ended up leaving very upset. The customer service here is awful, the lady at the front desk was so rude. I will never be returning and do not recommend this place at all.

I went to this place for a simple pedicure and ended up leaving with an ingrown nail that became painful and swollen within a day. Clearly, they cut too deep into the nail and didn’t follow proper technique or hygiene. I’ve never had this issue before, and now I’m dealing with discomfort and having to treat it at home to avoid infection. The staff seemed rushed and careless, and it’s obvious they don’t prioritize proper nail care. If you value your health and don’t want to risk an infection, I would avoid this place entirely
