I was disappointed with my experience as a walk-in customer. I asked if they were able to do a eyebrow waxing, and I was told to come back tomorrow because they were busy. I completely understand that a business can be busy, but I felt the response could have been handled in a much more polite and welcoming way. I get nail don by Emma, she so rushing. I have a pedi and nail done, so my nail had chrome on that it was bumping not smooth. I had told about top coat not shiny she didn’t care. She look new in the salon but her work was done barely bad. Not recommend her for anyone else. But all the tech in salon was good.
