I went in for a bio gel refill. Older lady with the tattooed eyeliner said it will be +$5 to change the shape of my nails so I told her to keep the same shape. I came in with narrow tip square , but she turned them into pizza box square. She added a thick uneven layer of builder gel , and blamed that she is unable make it thin because I used acrylic 3 nail fills ago. Excellent salon! Especially Lisa, but all are great.
If I could give this place zero stars I would… Went in yesterday afternoon for a walk in full set, there were only two employees in the salon. Right away, she asked me what I wanted I told her a full set, I was then informed that they don’t have acrylic, which is not stated on the website… I was willing to try the bio gel as I have never tried it before, I was told to sit at a table and wait, when the woman sat down to start my nails, I showed her a reference photo of what I wanted (which was a simple French tip with a desig... read more
