Went to get a gel refill and one of my nails was a little chipped so I asked if she could overlay vs putting a tip. She said yes and then after doing the rest of my nails, she said she can't overlay & wanted me to be okay with the short length. I wanted a tapered square shape... She made them round. Then when colour was added, it was just blobbed on. She used so much colour that the shape was wider at the top. The worst part? When I showed her, she couldn't see what the issue was. Do not book with Nina.
If I cold give 0 I would. Booked an apt, asked if open and said yes then called back and cancelled. Customer service was terrible over the phone as well.
