A two hour basic acrylic fill with gel polish is insane. I was late and fed Up so let her continue with a color I didn’t love. She could tell the color was not great and told me multiple times I could come back within a week for a free polish change. I called two days later to do just that and made an appointment. Literally the most frustrating place I’ve been to. I booked an appt a day before walked in at my scheduled time and they pull me back almost an hour late. Then it took 2 hours to do a simple fill and couldn’t get the design I wanted because on how far behind it was. The manager or front desk lady kept asking the poor girl when she will be done because of them booking her too much l am just never coming back. :(
Lily gave me a beautiful cut wash and style, did not take too much off, matched the inspiration exactly, and did it in 40 minutes. Very talented and professional! Would recommend!
