Lily was so great. Very friendly. My hair looks and feel amazing after the hair treatment!!
CHANGING to one star for gaslighting me and acting like they know who my friend is? My friend was not offered any sort of fixing and was within 5 days of getting her hair done? Not 2 weeks. Lying, rude, and unprofessional. Do NOT support this business. As you see they don’t offer to assist with anything and choose to argue with google reviews. I will be screenshotting and posting on all social media platforms.
Edit: after finding Sydney who is detail oriented and owners reached out to make up for first poor service. See photos below for a great manicure! Highly recommend Sydney. Missy did my pedicure and I loved it. She was easy to talk to and was so gentle with me! She let me tell her all my concerns and needs and reassured me the whole time. 10/10 recommend booking with missy for a pedi! Thank you!
